HTY  TOC (TOTAL ORGANIC CARBON )  ANALYZER
HTY TOC Analyzer is a measuring and analytical instrument which has high performance, and it owns independent patent. Using double-wavelength ultraviolet nano catalytic oxidation method, the oxidation capacity has raising 100 times than using traditional oxidation method with single-wavelength ultraviolet, which avoiding the oxidizer contained gas or other dangerous impurities. It is manufactured according to the USP, EP and Ch.P 2005, it can be widely used to measure the organic carbon of pharmaceutical water, biochemical industry, pure water, ultrapure water, etc.
 
Common features for HTY-DI1000 and HTY-2500
1.      Using ultraviolet catalytic oxidation method: H2O+HV(185nm)—>·OH-+H+·Organic agent +·OH->CO2+H2O+ other products.
2.      It was independently developed and applies electric conductivity detector with micro-conductivity cell which electrode constant is 0.01, it can detect organism while the concentration is lower than 1μs/cm.
3.      TFT true color liquid crystal display (320X234), most simplified operation.
4.      Applying advanced electric technology, easy to operate and maintain: designed with RAM storage chip, this can statistic and analyze the sample data and also can output the data into PC. Also designed with alarm, control standard and RS-232 interaction interface. And it can be evaluated automatically.

Deionization pure water, purified water in pharmaceutical industry, water for injection, pharmacy and biochemical, cleaner certification.
 
Operational principle of DI1000
Using the ultraviolet (185nm-254nm) to irradiation the testing sample, to oxidize the organics in water to CO2 , measure the concentration of CO2 by conductometric after the CO2 get through the membrane, then get out the content of organic carbon.

Using membrane conductometric detection method, which can avoid the effects caused by interfering ion such as C1-· SO42-·SO3- in the undeionized water.

Both deionized water and undeionized water(1ppb~2500ppb).
 
Operational principle of HTY-2500
The carbon is comprised of organic carbon and inorganic carbon. Firstly, measure the inorganic carbon’s concentration that is figured as IC, meanwhile fully oxidize the organics in the water, after the organic carbon change into inorganic carbon, then measure the concentration of inorganic carbon that is figured as TC, thus the difference of TC and IC is the total organic carbon(TOC)’s concentration i.e. TOC=TC-IC.
